Children in grade two  who have baptized Catholic are invited to prepare and receive Eucharist for the first time.  Children are prepared for the Sacrament during religious formation classes and Sacrament Preparation workshops.  First Eucharist is celebrated during the Easter season during a regular scheduled Mass.

Parents of children not baptized at one of the Our Lady of Peace churches are required to submit a copy of the child's baptism to the parish office before Eucharist can be received.
